Change the artwork order on Exhibitions

Easily re-order artworks for your Exhibition

ArtCloud makes it super simple to organize your artworks for your Exhibitions.

Once you navigate to your Exhibitions within your Manager, click on the Exhibition you want to re-order works on:

An overlay of your Exhibition will then appear. You'll see the artworks ordered on the left side of the Inventory information:

You can re-order by either dragging the artwork to the desired spot or typing in the order number on the pop-up:

If you re-order artworks via the second suggested method, you will need to press Update for changes to take effect.

The platform will honor the order display of works from lowest value to highest value. For example: if you want specific works to be in the first row of the artwork page, you would need to assign them values 1-4. If there are works that need to be at the bottom of the page, you would need to assign larger values.
