Send an invoice to a client for remote pay

If you've enabled payment processing, your clients can pay for their purchases by clicking on a link in their invoice - easy for you, easy for them.

For clients who don't step into your gallery or studio to purchase artwork, ArtCloud's remote payment capabilities make it easy for them to pay for their purchase. This also prevents you from having to track your clients down by phone to take their credit card information.

The remote payment functionality allows you to send open invoices to clients to complete payment. The invoice can be sent either:

Via email from ArtCloud Manager:

OR Through a secure payment link:

You will need to enable payment processing or Stripe to give your clients access to remote payments.

Please note: ArtCloud does not offer the ability to process partial payment via remote pay at this time. If you send an invoice for remote pay, the client will be prompted to pay the full amount. Partial payments are only accepted on invoices from in-platform.
