If you've started creating tags within your account (on Inventory records, Contact records, etc...), you may find the Tag Management space within Account Settings very helpful! This Tag Management space is a dashboard view of all of the tag data in your account.

You can see all of the tags created in the account in this space based on the tab chosen: Artist Tags, Artwork Tags, Contact Interests tags, Contact Tags, Art Location tags, Art Mediums tags, Contact Origin tags, Exhibition tags, Invoice tags, Invoice Origin tags:

Where can I see all of my tags in the account?

You can access the Tag Management dashboard from your Account Settings. If you click on your Account Name in the bottom left hand corner of your account, you'll see the Account Settings option:

Can I delete a tag from multiple works at once?

Yes! Through the Tag Management dashboard, you can very easily and quickly remove an entire tag from the account. If you're using tags to perform a one time organization chore, you can easily manage and remove this tag from your works when you no longer need it.

In the example below, I've tagged multiple works with client send, but since I made a Quicklist with this tag, I no longer need this tag on my works in the account. I'm going to delete this tag from all of the works.

Once in Tag Management, I'm going to navigate to Artwork Tags and either find or search for my client send tag. Next, hovering over to the right side of the tag line item, I will delete this tag from the account:

Can I merge a misspelled tag into the properly spelled tag?

You can very easily merge tags in Tag Management. By clicking on the blue pencil, you can edit the tag name itself and change the tag name to an already-existing tag, all of the works with the original tag will have this new tag associated.

For instance: if a misspelled tag is on multiple artworks (clint send), you can edit this to the correct spelling of client send, and all works will be updated at once. You can see this in the reference .gif below:
