Pro Plus Linking is a feature of the Media section of your Website Builder. This allows users to specify where Media posts are placed on your website.

When you create a Media post, you need to add a Media block to the page for your Media post to appear. But sometimes, the Media post might be for a specific Artist, specific Inventory work, or a specific Exhibition. Since Artist pages, Inventory pages, and Exhibition pages are all based on Page Templates, adding a Media block to a page template will have all Media posts populate for all pages with that page template.

Pro Plus Linking allows users to specify which Artist, which Exhibition, or which Inventory page the Media appears on.

Adding Pro Plus Linking

Once you've decided where you'd like your specific media to live, you can now create this piece of media and add it's Pro Plus linking:

1. Create your Media Post - After navigating to your Website Builder, select Media. Then Add New Media Post.

2. Add your Media Title, Publish Date, and Pro Plus Linking - In this example, I'm building a media post of a video of Mary Maderon's work process. I've titled it, published it for today, and added Mary Maderon in Pro Plus Linking:

3. After adding these details, you can continue building your Media Post by selecting Next.

Please note: You can skip this Setup page and come back when building a Media Post. You can create your Media Post first and then link your Media Post. To skip this Setup page, click Next. Once you've added and built your Media Post, hit Save. If you select Back, you will be taken back to your Setup page to continue adding details.

4. Once your Media Post has been built and linked, you will need to add the Media block to the page you want to link. In this specific case, I'm adding this video to Mary Maderon's Artist Page, but her Artist Profile is built from a Page Template. I'm going to drag and drop the Media block to the Artist Profile Page Template:

5. After you've added your Media block to your Page Template or Page of Choice, you'll see this specific media linked to whatever Artist, Inventory, or Exhibition you've linked it to. In this specific case, we'll see this Media Post on Mary Maderon's Artist Page:
