      A compiled list of FAQs and answers for moving data over to 1stdibs

      We've recently just partnered with 1stdibs! Here are some FAQs & answers for how to move your data over.

      What fields or sections do I need to have filled out on each Inventory record?

      The following fields are required for 1stdibs importing:

      Artist
      Item Title
      Medium
      Measurement Unit or Metric
      Height
      Width
      Depth
      Weight
      Price
      Notes
      Images

      Here is where you can find all of these fields on the Inventory Record:

      Please note: There are fields on your 1stdibs export that are required for 1stdibs to import your inventory:

      Carrier Pickup Only - this can be listed as a yes or no
      Handling Time - ex: 5 business days
      Return Policy - ex: 30 Day Return Policy

      These fields are not populated within ArtCloud. You can fill these out after exporting your 1stdibs inventory list.

      How many images are getting moved over?

      The 1stDibs exports allows up to 5 images per inventory record.

      How do I export my 1stdibs inventory?

      When you've edited all of your inventory records, create a Quicklist with these inventory records, and when you're ready, export your Quicklist in the 1stdibs format:

      What do I do after I export my inventory?

      Once you've exported your Inventory into the 1stdibs format, please make sure to share your export with your 1stdibs Rep or Partner Manager and keep ArtCloud copied on the email -  support@artcloud.com

      I don't have a 1stdibs account yet. What should I do first?

      If you'd like to display your inventory on 1stdibs, but you do not have an account just yet, please reach out to the 1stdibs Team at JoinUs@1stdibs.com. Please let them know you're an ArtCloud customer and you'd like to learn more!
