Edit a page after it's been created
You can add as many pages as you like to your website, so there’s no limit to the creativity and amount of content that you can add.
How to add a new page
To add a new page, navigate to Website >> Pages and click the "Add Custom Page" button.
Page Types
On the New Page pop-up, you’ll select a page type. There are six different page types:
- Custom - Creates a Custom page where you can add multiple types of content, giving you more creative freedom.
- Inventory - Creates a page with an Inventory Block already added.
- Artists - Creates a page with an Artist Block already added.
- Exhibitions - Creates a page with an Exhibition Block already added.
- Contact - Creates a page with a Contact Form already added.
- External Link - Links to a navigation item to an external website page.
A Custom page creates a blank page to design the way that you choose. It's a blank canvas!
If you pick one of the other page types, ArtCloud will pre-populate your new page with the appropriate type of data (inventory on the Inventory page, artists on the Artists page, etc.). You can still add other content to the pre-populated page types, but these pages give you a head start on your design.
Title and Navigation Toggles
The Show Title on Page? toggle determines if the page title displays on the website. The title will also appear in the tab at the top of your browser window, identifying what page a user is on.
The Add to page navigation? toggle will add your new page to the website navigation. When toggled on, you can select a parent to nest the new page under.
Edit a page after it has been created
To edit an existing page, hover over the page line item and select "Edit Page Content from the Actions dropdown that appears.
