Artsy and ArtCloud have proudly announced an exciting new relationship, bringing new opportunities to connect, showcase, and sell art! This collaboration combines ArtCloud's art management platform with Artsy's global reach, creating a way for galleries, collectors, and art enthusiasts to experience and interact more with the art world.
1. Integrate Artsy: Connect your ArtCloud account to your Artsy account
You'll want to start by first connecting your ArtCloud account to your Artsy account. You can do this on the Integrations tab of Account Settings.
Once here, click the toggle to the far right. You'll first see a Terms of Service pop up, and once reviewed and accepted, you'll be automatically redirected to log into your existing Artsy account:
Upon successfully logging in, your accounts will be connected!

2. Connect: Link your Inventory
Now that your accounts are linked, you can now link your inventory! Back on your Integrations tab in Account Settings, you should now see a Connect Inventory dropdown option.
Click on this, and you should see two options: Automatically and Manually
Automatically means that ArtCloud will look to the existing inventory in Artsy to match with the inventory in ArtCloud. This will perform a 1:1 match based on the Artist Name and Inventory Title values.
WARNING: If the Artist Name and Inventory Title values do not match between Artsy and ArtCloud, those items will remain unlinked. Data in both platforms would need to be exact for an automatic match.
Manually will provide you an option to individually link each inventory item across platforms. You'll see a pop-up with a list of the inventory that has not been linked for you to manually assign which inventory in ArtCloud should be linked to the inventory records in Artsy:
IMPORTANT: Please make sure to use the Automatically linking method first. Any remaining inventory items that did not link can be seen and reviewed afterwards through the Manually linking method.
3. Maintain: Sync Inventory to Artsy from ArtCloud
WARNING: If you have not Linked your inventory yet with Step 2, please refer back to this step. Step 3 is for maintenance going forward.
When you add new inventory items or update existing ones in ArtCloud, you can easily sync these changes with your linked Artsy account directly within the inventory record located under Marketplace/Website:
You'll see a couple of options to choose from: Create new or Link to existing...
Create new allows you to create a new inventory item within Artsy using the data from within ArtCloud. You'll use this when adding in a new inventory item into ArtCloud.
Link to existing... allows you to connect this inventory item to an existing Artsy inventory record. You'll use this if you've updated the existing inventory item in ArtCloud.
Once the inventory records are up to date and linked between ArtCloud and Artsy, you'll see your inventory record appear with the following options related to Artsy's connection:
