Today, there are two platforms: Artlogic and Artlogic Connect (currently ArtCloud). Both platforms operate independently. #### What is changing for me? ArtCloud is being renamed Artlogic Connect. In November, branding and UI updates will reflect the new name. Platform functionality isn't changing. We're building upon, not changing, features and workflows. Nothing you rely on is going away. #### When does the name change take effect? The renaming happened on October 15, 2026. The platform will update to reflect the Artlogic Connect name and brand in November. #### Will my login or account change? There are no immediate changes to customer logins or accounts. We'll share more details as the November rollout approaches. #### Will my data or settings be affected? No. Your data, settings, and workflows stay exactly as they are. #### Will the price change? There are no planned pricing changes. #### Is ArtCloud a lighter version of Artlogic? No. Both platforms are built to run your art business. The difference is in what your business needs. - Artlogic resolves business complexities, like margin schemes, multiple currencies, and local tax rules. - Artlogic Connect removes friction between people through consignments, sales pipelines, communications, and more. #### Is Artlogic Connect better suited for certain businesses? The choice between Artlogic and Artlogic Connect depends on what matters most to your business. Both platforms are actively supported and continuously improved. #### Can I switch to Artlogic? There's no need to switch platforms because of the renaming. #### Where can I learn more? Learn more at Artlogic Connect LIVE, Artlogic's conference from November 17-19, 2026.
