[Configuration](https://help.artcloud.com/knowledge/account-settings?hsLang=en-us#configuration) July 15, 2026 # How do I configure my Opportunity Stages? - ArtCloud Sales ## Choose the names and order of your Opportunity Stages to better align with your gallery's sales process. **Note:** Opportunities are available to Legacy Gallery Manager Pro Plus and Artist Manager Pro Plus accounts, or with a Sales Seat on the new Manager subscription structure. To upgrade your account, visit the [Subscription](https://pro.artcloud.com/#/settings/subscription) page in Account Settings or contact [support@artcloud.com](mailto:support@artcloud.com) with questions. To customize your Opportunity Stages, navigate to Account Settings \>\> [Configuration](https://pro.artcloud.com/#/settings/config) \>\> Opportunities. On this page, you can add a new Stage with the **"Add Stage"** button. When creating or editing your Opportunity Stages, you'll see a few sections: - **Opportunity Name:** Give an internal name you use to reference the Stage. - **% Likelihood to Win:** Provide a percentage chance you think each Opportunity Stage will convert to a sale.
