How do I configure my Opportunity Stages? - Expert

Choose the names and order of your Opportunity Stages to better align with your gallery's sales process.

Note: Opportunities are an Expert feature for Gallery and Artist accounts. To view the subscription tiers and what each tier offers, please visit our Features pages: Artists Gallery.

To upgrade your account, visit the Subscription page in Account Settings or contact support@artcloud.com with questions.

To customize your Opportunity Stages, navigate to Account Settings >> Configuration >> Opportunities. On this page, you can add a new Stage with the "Add Stage" button. You can also edit or delete a Stage by hovering over the item and clicking the Actions dropdown.

Important: Opportunity Stages are global settings, meaning any change you make to an Opportunity Stage will affect all users associated with your account.

When creating or editing your Opportunity Stages, you'll see a few sections:

  • Opportunity Name: Give an internal name you use to reference the Stage.
  • % Likelihood to Win: Provide a percentage chance you think each Opportunity stage will convert to a sale. This percentage will influence future reports.
  • Color: Pick a color to represent the Stage.
  • Type: Decide if the Stage should represent a closed Opportunity, an Opportunity from an online inquiry, or nothing.

Note: ArtCloud will automatically create Opportunity Records from website or Marketplace inquiries.
