Marketplace Offer Toggle
The ArtCloud Marketplace includes an option for visitors to make an offer on listings. You can, however, turn off this option. Navigate to Marketplace >> Settings and turn off the Offers toggle.
After Making an Offer
The offer pop-up prompts the visitor to enter their contact information and propose a price or discount.
After submitting the form, ArtCloud sends a confirmation email with you copied. Customize these emails in Account Settings >> Configuration >> Transactional Emails.
ArtCloud also creates a new Contact Record with an origin of "ArtCloud Market" and a new Opportunity for the purchase if you have sales tools.
Note: Access to Opportunities depends on your subscription. Legacy Gallery accounts have access to Opportunities on Manager Pro Plus; new Gallery accounts must add a Sales Seat; and Artist accounts on legacy and new pricing have access on Artist Manager Pro Plus.
