Create an Offer from an Opportunity - Expert

Send offers of potential purchases to contacts to increase sales

Offers are pre-invoice quotes to help contacts visualize the cost of artwork, shipping, fees, and discounts. From an Opportunity  record, you can send Offers to a contact. Here's how:

After creating the Offer, it will get associated with the Opportunity Record. The notification will list the amount of items, total amount, creation date, expiration date, date created, and associated staff member. You can use the Actions drop down to edit, send, export, invoice, or delete the Offer.

You can create multiple Offers on an Opportunityl. If the Opportunity Contact decides to not accept the Offer but has interest in another, you can add that other piece as a Potential Purchase and send another Offer instead. Both Offers sent will be tracked on the Opportunity record.
