Create an Offer from an Opportunity - Pro+

Send offers of potential purchases to contacts to increase sales opportunities

Offers are pre-invoice quotes that help Contacts visualize the cost of the artwork, cost of shipping, tax fees, and any possible discounts. Within the Opportunity overlay, you have the ability to send Offers to your Opportunity Contact. 

You can find the Offer button by navigating to the Opportunities Dashboard under Marketing/Sales and clicking on the Opportunity Name you want to create an Offer for.

Once you select Create Offer from the record overview, you will be provided an option to choose which piece(s) to create the offer for. If you only have 1 potential purchase associated with the Opportunity record, then you'll only see one piece to create the offer for. After selecting the piece(s), click Create Offer.

In the next pop-up, you'll have the ability to build your quote or Offer for your Opportunity. This is where you'll want to include any proposed information or discounts to encourage interest of your Opportunity Contact. You can also include Service line items, an Expiration Date on the Offer, and specific Notes about the Offer.

Once you've configured your Offer, the Offer will now be associated with the Opportunity Record. The notification will list the Staff member associated, the date created, the date the Offer expires, the total amount of the Offer, and the amount of items on the Offer. You'll also have an Actions drop down menu in order to Edit, Send, Export, Create an Invoice from, or Delete.

You can create multiple Offers on an Opportunity Contact as well. If your Opportunity Contact decides to not accept the offer on that specific piece, but has interest in another, you can add that other piece as a Potential Purchase and send another Offer instead. Both Offers sent will be tracked on the Opportunity record.
