What are Private Views?

Private Views are an integrated presentation tool for sharing inventory with your collectors. Use Private Views when you want to share a specific selection of works without creating a public website page.

A Private View link is unique and unguessable, giving you control over who sees the page. The link looks something like this: https://click.artcld.com/privateView/b96f75e8-50fb-4a52-b929-411d4ef48b88?sub=396a0a9d-a715-4fc5-b02b-dd6ece3e6f3e.

Common Private View uses include:

  • Presenting inventory to a prospective buyer

  • Listing works exhibited at an art fair

  • Giving exclusive access to new works

Note: Private Views are available for all paid Manager plans.

To upgrade your account, visit the Subscription page in Account Settings or contact support@artcloud.com with questions.

The Preview shows all inventory in the Private View and lets you open detail pages for each artwork. Click an artwork to view more details and use the Previous and Next buttons to move between items.
