What are Quicklists?
Think of Quicklists like folders. You can group inventory into different Quicklists, and inventory can exist in multiple Quicklists.
There are six types of Quicklists in ArtCloud:
- List: A basic collection of inventory.
- Exhibition: A list of items in an exhibition.
- Private Exhibition: A curated list of inventory for a particular client.
- Consignment - Inbound: A collection of inventory on consignment from an artist or consignor.
- Third-Party Consignment: A collection of inventory sent to a third party, like another consigner or Gallery.
- Inventory Return: A list of items returned to artists at the end of their consignment.
Note: Exhibitions show in both the Exhibitions tab and Lists tab. Consignments and Inventory Returns appear in the Consignments tab.
Quicklists help you
- Manage exhibitions and consignments.
- Curate website pages.
- Add inventory to an email campaign or Private View.
- Group inventory a client is interested in.
- Order inventory on your website and collateral.
Create a Quicklist
Create a Quicklist from the Inventory Dashboard or the Quicklists tab.
1. From the Inventory Dashboard
Select the Inventory Records to add to a list by picking pieces one by one, or search and filter your inventory to pull up specific records. Hover over the selection box to select all records that match your search and filter results.

From the Actions dropdown, click "Add to List" and select a list type.

A pop-up prompts you to create a new list or add the inventory to an existing list.

The Quicklist record opens. You can manage details, including title, notes, and dates, on the Overview tab. Available fields vary by type of Quicklist.

2. From the Quicklists tab
Click "Add Quicklist," and select a list type.
The Quicklist record opens. Click "Add Inventory," and select items from the pop-up one by one or search and filter. Click "Add Items."

Manage the details on the Overview tab.

Edit Inventory in a Quicklist
The Inventory tab on a list resembles the Inventory Dashboard. Select inventory and use the Actions dropdown to batch edit, create a Private View, generate an invoice, remove items from the list, or export, email, or print the inventory.

Tip: If your subscription includes marketing features, you can start a new email campaign directly from a list or Exhibition. Click "Start Campaign."
Reorder Inventory in a Quicklist
Customize the order inventory displays on your collateral and website. Use the "Order By" dropdown to pick a preset ordering option, or manually change the order number on each inventory item.

Inventory on collateral or the website will follow the order you set.
