Support for these types of accounts is still available for existing users. Going forward, ArtCloud will only be supporting Stripe Standard integrated accounts. --- #### **Stripe Standard Integrated Accounts - Application Fee** **Stripe Standard** integrated accounts are created directly through Stripe and are controlled by the account holder (that is, you, the customer). A user with a Standard account has a relationship with Stripe, is able to log into the Stripe Dashboard, can process charges on their own, and ***has their own negotiated processing rates directly with Stripe***. For the convenience and support of integrated processing within the ArtCloud platform, ArtCloud charges the following application fee for each transaction, regardless of Card Present / Card Not Present status:  - **Stripe Standard Application Fee** is 0.30% application fee charged at the same time as the processing fee through your Stripe Standard account. This application rate is effective for all Stripe Standard integrated accounts as of November 15, 2022.   Stripe Standard customers can see the breakout of Stripe Processing Fee vs. ArtCloud Application fee in their Stripe Dashboard. #### **Stripe Express Integrated Accounts** **For most ArtCloud customers with accounts created before 2025** with Stripe integrations are using a **Stripe Express** account, meaning an account that was created through the ArtCloud platform at the time of enabling the Stripe integration. This is the default ArtCloud <> Stripe integration for all new accounts. With a Stripe Express account, Stripe handles user onboarding, account management, and identity verification. Customers with a Stripe Express integration access their Stripe dashboard through ArtCloud, but do not have direct login access to their Stripe account.  For Stripe Express accounts, processing fees are categorized as **Card Not Present (CNP)** or **Card Present (CP)**. Card Present rates are slightly lower than Card Not Present Rates and are only those processed with the physical card present, through an activated Stripe Terminal.  **Stripe Express, Card Not Present (CNP) Processing Fees:** *This includes transactions where the user manually enters the card details into the ArtCloud platform without using an authorized Stripe Terminal reader, all marketplace, and all website orders. * - 3.20% + $0.30 USD for Visa, MasterCard, or Discover - 3.35% + $0.30 USD for American Express - International Cards may be processed at a higher rate  **Stripe Express, Card Present (CP) Payments Processing Fees with the Stripe Terminal or Stripe M2 Reader:** *This only includes transactions where the physical card is read by the Stripe Terminal reader.* - 3.10% + $0.30 USD for Visa, MasterCard, or Discover - 3.25% + $0.30 USD for American Express - International Cards may be processed at a higher rate  #### Other important notes and terms: - To avoid delays or limits to receive payouts, please link a bank account, not a debit card during the Stripe onboarding. - Stripe Fees are non-refundable. Once payment has been processed, the payment can be [refunded](https://help.artcld.com/en/knowledge/refunding-on-invoices) to the end customer, but Stripe will keep the fees from the initial processed payment (as calculated above). This will appear as a withdrawn fee on your Stripe Dashboard. #### **Affirm | Buy Now, Pay Later (via Stripe) - Processing Fees** ArtCloud is now offering a buy now-pay later payment processing option through Affirm from Stripe. This option is only available via the Remote Pay Link from invoices in ArtCloud.
