Enable Framing Selection
If inventory has framing available, which you'll manage on the Inventory Record, website visitors can choose to purchase the piece framed or unframed. You’ll enable this option on the Purchase Popup Template.
Note: You’ll need to integrate Stripe with your ArtCloud account to enable website purchases.
To enable the framing option, navigate to Website >> Pages >> Resource Templates >> Purchase Popup.
Then, drag and drop the Framing Drop Down block onto the page. Save changes
The Purchase Process
Like any other website purchase, ArtCloud will generate an Invoice Record for the sale. If the buyer selected the framed option, the invoice will include a line item for the frame. The frame line item follows the framing details on the Inventory Record.
For example, here’s the corresponding Inventory Record. Notice how the frame price matches the invoice.
