Here are some steps you can take to get around these blocks. #### "Google hasn't verified this app" If you're noticing this alert when trying to log into the account you want to integrate into ArtCloud, you'll want to first click on **Advanced**. ![google\_permissions\_2 (1)](https://help.artcloud.com/hs-fs/hubfs/Knowledge%20Base%20Import/google_permissions_2%20(1)-1.png?width=688&name=google_permissions_2%20(1)-1.png) Then, you'll want to click on **Go to artcld.com (unsafe)**. ![google\_permissions\_1 (1)](https://help.artcloud.com/hs-fs/hubfs/Knowledge%20Base%20Import/google_permissions_1%20(1)-1.png?width=688&name=google_permissions_1%20(1)-1.png) This should override any block for you to continue to integrate your email account. #### "This app is blocked" If you're seeing this notification when you attempt to integrate into ArtCloud, you will need to go into your Google Account's Security settings to override this block.  ![Screen Shot 2021-04-07 at 10.39.20 AM](https://help.artcloud.com/hs-fs/hubfs/Knowledge%20Base%20Import/Screen%20Shot%202021-04-07%20at%2010_39_20%20AM-1.png?width=516&name=Screen%20Shot%202021-04-07%20at%2010_39_20%20AM-1.png) You can get to your Security settings by going to [www.google.com](http://www.google.com), clicking on your Profile picture, and selecting **Manage your Google Account**. ![Screen Shot 2021-04-07 at 10.42.28 AM](https://help.artcloud.com/hs-fs/hubfs/Knowledge%20Base%20Import/Screen%20Shot%202021-04-07%20at%2010_42_28%20AM-1.png?width=517&name=Screen%20Shot%202021-04-07%20at%2010_42_28%20AM-1.png) Once you're in your Google Account settings, you'll want to select **Security**. ![Screen Shot 2021-04-07 at 10.42.59 AM](https://help.artcloud.com/hs-fs/hubfs/Knowledge%20Base%20Import/Screen%20Shot%202021-04-07%20at%2010_42_59%20AM-1.png?width=688&name=Screen%20Shot%202021-04-07%20at%2010_42_59%20AM-1.png) Then, scroll down on your **Security** settings page until you get to the **Less secure app access** section. You'll want to make sure that you **Turn on access (not recommended)**. ![Screen Shot 2021-04-07 at 10.43.59 AM](https://help.artcloud.com/hs-fs/hubfs/Knowledge%20Base%20Import/Screen%20Shot%202021-04-07%20at%2010_43_59%20AM-1.png?width=688&name=Screen%20Shot%202021-04-07%20at%2010_43_59%20AM-1.png) If you're still experiencing issues integrating your Gmail account, please feel free to reach out to us at [support@artcld.com](mailto:support@artcld.com). #### Suggested Readings - [**How to integrate your email with Gmail or Outlook**](https://help.artcld.com/en/knowledge/how-to-integrate-your-email-with-gmail-or-outlook) - **[How can I change my email](https://help.artcld.com/en/knowledge/how-can-i-change-my-email)** \- [**Create your email signature**](https://help.artcld.com/en/knowledge/how-can-i-change-my-email) -
