Manage Access: Hide the Inquire Button Sold Works
Hide the inquire button on sold items to reduce unnecessary inquiries
In ArtCloud, since all inventory pages of your website use the same template (Inventory Detail Page Template) for display, this means all inventory, including Sold works, have the same structure. However, sometimes that can mean website visitors are inquiring on inventory that are not available. You can remove this button from the template, but this would remove the button from active works.
Instead of removing this button, you can hide the inquire button of works that are not available (Sold inventory) by toggling this opt on the Inventory Detail Page Template.
Click on the Inquire button to adjust this setting. Select the Hide if unavailable? toggle within these settings.
This opt will ensure that any Sold inventory that are still opted into the website will not have an Inquire button available.
