The ArtCloud Manager and ArtCloud Website Builder are linked to make displaying your artwork and inventory even easier. You can add inventory to your website that is already in your ArtCloud Manager without double entry.
How to add inventory to your website from ArtCloud Manager
Inventory populates on your website through Inventory List Blocks. You can add Inventory List blocks to all pages in the ArtCloud Website Builder. The Inventory List blocks auto-populate on the Inventory page type, Artist Profile Template, and Exhibition Detail Template. We'll walk through these options in this article.
Create an Inventory page
ArtCloud's Website Builder offers different page types for new website pages. Inventory page types will automatically have an Inventory List block on the page. Create a new page and click the "Inventory" option from the Select Page Type dropdown.
Be sure to name your page and decide if you would like it to appear in your navigation. In this example, we'll name our new page "New Arrivals."
An Inventory block is automatically on the new Inventory page.
Add an inventory block to a Custom Page
Custom Pages start blank, so you'll manually add an Inventory block to the page from the Content tab.
Next, drag an Inventory Block onto the page.
Add an inventory block to the Artist Profile Template
Artist Profile Templates are only available in Gallery account types. Artist account types can add inventory via the Inventory Page type, Exhibition Template, or a Custom Page.
Artist Profile templates automatically include an Inventory block. If you accidentally delete the block or want to add another inventory block, you can add the block from the Content tab.
Navigate to the Resource Templates tab under Pages and open the Artist Profile Template.
Next, drag an Inventory Block onto the page. The inventory block is called "Artist Inventory" on the Artist Profile Template.
Add an inventory block to the Exhibition Detail Template
Exhibition Detail Templates will automatically include an Inventory block. You can add another Inventory block to the page under the Content tab.
Navigate to the Resource Templates tab under Pages and open the Exhibition Detail Template.
Drag and drop the Exhibition Inventory block onto the page.
Be sure to click "Save" at the top-right of your screen.
How do I control the type of inventory displaying on my page?
Artworks in Inventory blocks appear based on an Inventory block's settings. ArtCloud uses statuses to label inventory: Active, Inactive, and Sold. Learn more about these statuses here.
