What is email integration?
Email integration allows ArtCloud to send emails from your own email address.
Without an integrated email, ArtCloud sends messages from a generated email alias instead of your actual address. This email alias can affect how recipients perceive and receive your emails.
We recommend that all ArtCloud customers integrate their email.
Note: ArtCloud currently supports Google and Office 365 email hosts. Email integration is not available for other email providers, but you can still send messages from ArtCloud without integrating your email.
How do I integrate my email?
Navigate to Account Settings >> Profile and enable the Google or Office 365 toggle under "Email Integrations." Then log in to your Gmail or Outlook account in the pop-up window.
Note: You can only integrate one email address with your ArtCloud account, and you cannot integrate the same email address with multiple ArtCloud accounts.
We recommend using the same email address associated with your ArtCloud account.

Why should I integrate my email?
Integrating your email improves deliverability.
Email providers like Google and Office 365 often flag messages sent from email aliases. When you integrate your email, messages sent from ArtCloud come from your real address, which increases the likelihood that the email reaches the recipient's inbox.
Do I have to integrate my email on ArtCloud?
No. Email integration is optional.
If you don't integrate email, ArtCloud will send emails from an email alias, like artcloud-52a9d3-07eb-422c-8922-f140ae3dfb0@email.artcld.com.
Is ArtCloud becoming my email host?
No. ArtCloud is not an email host.
ArtCloud does not store or manage emails sent outside the platform.
Will emails sent from ArtCloud appear in my inbox?
Yes. Emails sent from ArtCloud will also appear in your connected inbox. If you reply from your email client, the responses will sync back to ArtCloud, keeping your communication history up to date.
Is my email data safe?
Yes, your data is safe.
ArtCloud does not access or use private email data from your email provider.
