What is email integration?
Emails sent from ArtCloud come from a randomly generated address. ArtCloud automatically generates this email alias. To avoid this clunky email address, we encourage all ArtCloud customers to integrate their email with their account. You can learn more about email integration here.
Note: ArtCloud currently supports integration with Google and Office 365 email providers. If you do not have an email address hosted with Google or Office 365, you will not be able to integrate your email. Learn more here.
How do I integrate my email?
Navigate to Account Settings >> Profile and turn on the Google or Office 365 options under
On the Profile tab under the Email Integration section, toggle on the Google or Office 365 options. A new web page will open for you to log in to your email account.
Note: You can only integrate one email address with your ArtCloud account, and you cannot integrate the same email address with multiple ArtCloud accounts.
We recommend using the same email address associated with your ArtCloud account.
