When you create an inbound consignment, an artist's terms will automatically populate in the Terms box as long as the Artist has their Default Consignment Terms filled out.
Adding Default Consignment Terms
To add the artist's terms to their artist profile, first open the Artists window on the left of the screen. Then, hover over the Actions drop down menu next to the artist you want to add terms to and select Edit.
The artist's record will open on Profile. Navigate to the Consignment tab. You'll want to add the artist's specific consignment terms in the Default Consignment Terms box here.
Adding Default Terms to Inbound Consignment
After adding an artist's consignment terms to their artist record, the terms will automatically appear on an inbound consignment when you add the Artist's name to the Consignment list.
On the Overview tab under the Artist/Consigner field, enter the artist's name. Next, click the Terms box. The artist's terms will automatically appear in the Terms box. 
Examples
Although all ArtCloud customers have different needs for their Artist Consignment Terms depending on various factors, here are a few quick examples for Default Artist Consignment Terms:
"The Artwork(s) listed above are fully insured under Gallery’s master insurance policy while in Gallery’s possession. All consigned Artwork remains the property of Consignor and shall be returned upon request. In the event of a sale, the Gallery shall receive a commission of 50% of the sale price. Consignor agrees to possible discount — or incurred ancillary fees — of up to 20% from above retail price, to be split evenly with the Gallery."
"Gallery will act as your exclusive agent for the exhibition and sale of artwork within [time span]. All costs associated with shipping art are your responsibility. The Gallery shall insure all consigned artwork at all times while in the Gallery's possession for no less than 50% of it's agreed upon retail price. Payments are only made to artists based on funds received by the Gallery."
