Note: Email Templates are available to Legacy Gallery Manager Pro Plus and Artist Manager Pro Plus accounts, or with a Sales Seat on the new Manager subscription structure.
To upgrade your account, visit the Subscription page in Account Settings or contact support@artcloud.com with questions.
After you create an Email Template, you can insert the template into emails to individual contacts, allowing you to send emails effciently and quickly.
On the email composition page, click the Email Templates link at the top left.
Next, you can select an Email Templates and click the"Use Template" button to insert the template in the email body.
Note: You can only use one Email Template at a time.
Use the Staff filter at the top of the screen to use an Email Template another staff member created. You can also use "All Staff" to view all Email Templates in the account.
