What are Invoice Tags and Origins?
Tags and Origins on Invoice Records help you organize, search, and filter your invoices.
For example, add a Tag "Multiple Items" to invoices with multiple artworks or an Origin "Newsletter" to invoices prompted by an email campaign.
ArtCloud automatically adds these origins:
- Website
- Marketplace
- Artsy E-Commerce
Note: The "Artsy E-Commerce" origin only appears when you've integrated an Artsy account with ArtCloud and synced the artwork between Artsy and ArtCloud. Read more: ArtCloud and Artsy Integration.
View and Search Invoice Tags and Origins
Click the column editor and select "Tags" to view invoice Tags on the Inventory Dashboard. Drag the item up or down to reorder the columns.
Select "Tag" or "Origin" from the Search By dropdown to search and filter invoices by Tags or Origin.
Tip: View the Tags and Origins used across your invoices in Account Settings >> Tag Management. Click "Invoice Tags" or "Invoice Origins" to view, edit, or remove Tags and Origins. Read more: Tag Management.
Tags and Origins in Analytics
Add invoice Tags and Origins to your view on the Sales Over Time tab. Click the column editor and select "Invoice Tags" or "Invoice Origin." Drag items up or down to reorder the columns.
A Sales Over Time export includes the columns added to your view.
