Manage Users in your ArtCloud Account

Add, edit, or disable multiple users in one account.

The email address used to create your ArtCloud account is the account admin. The admin manages users and permissions across the account. They can grant other users permission to add and edit users.

Note: Legacy pricing includes two users on the Manager Pro and Pro Plus tiers. Additional users cost $29/month/user. 

On new pricing, each user is billed at the Manager subscription tier. You can also assign Sales Seats to give users access to sales tools, including the Opportunity Tracker and Email Templates.
     • Manager Professional: $132/month/user
     • Manager Expert: $193/month/user
     • Sales Seat: $69/month/user

To upgrade your account, visit the Subscription page in Account Settings or contact support@artcloud.com with questions.

Add Users

Navigate to Account Settings >> Users and click "Add User."

Then, enter the user's details and login credentials. The user can update the email and password once they log in.

You can reopen the user profile at any time to continue editing.

Edit Users

Click on a user's name or hover over the name and select "Edit" from the Actions dropdown.

There are three sections on the user profile pop-up:

  1. General: Enter core details, like name, email, default location, and commission percentage. Use the toggles to control user status and Sales Seats.
  2. Permissions: Control what areas of the platform a user can access and what actions they can perform. Learn more about user permissions here: How to set and control user permissions.
  3. Notifications: Choose which notifications a user receives, including purchase confirmations, inquiries, and new subscriber alerts. Read more about user notifications here: How to set and control user notifications.

Disable Users

Open a user's profile and turn off the "Enable this user" toggle in the General section. Doing so removes their access to ArtCloud while keeping their data in your account.

To view disabled users, set the Status dropdown on the Users page to "Inactive."

To reenable a user, open their profile and turn "Enable this user" back on.

Sales Seats

Sales Seats are an optional add-on in the new subscription structure, and they give users access to ArtCloud's sales tools. 

To assign a Sales Seat, open the user profile and turn on the "Sales Add On" toggle in the General section.
