Mark Inventory as Sold on Your Website
Indicate sold inventory on your ArtCloud website with a {SOLD} token or the Price Override field.
Quick Jump To Guide
{SOLD} Token
Price Override
You can indicate sold inventory on your website in two ways:
- Add a {SOLD} token to inventory pages and cells on the website.
- Use the Price Override field on Inventory Records.
Note: ArtCloud marks inventory as sold when it appears on an Invoice Record.
{SOLD} Token
Tokens are placeholder text that represents information in the ArtCloud manager. Add a {SOLD} Token to the Inventory Detail or Inventory Modal template to indicate the work sold on its individual artwork page.
Add the same token to the Grid or Waterfall Cell to indicate a work sold in a List block.
Whatever text you enter on the token will display on the sold inventory's website page or cell. The token won't appear on inventory pages or cells for artworks that have not sold.
Follow this step-by-step walkthrough:
Price Override
The Price Override field on the Marketplace/website tab of an Inventory Record replaces the price on the website with whatever text you enter.

For example, entering "Sold" in the Price Override field will display "Sold" where the {PRICE} token appears on the inventory's website page or cell.
