Please note: this is a feature of the Website Pro Plus subscription tier. To learn more about our Subscription tiers and what is included, please feel free to view the Subscription tab in your Account Settings or our Pricing Page.
ArtCloud now offers the ability to password-protect website pages called Private Viewing Rooms!
Website pages can be password protected on the Privacy tab of the Page's Settings. You can adjust this on an existing website page or on a new page that you're adding in.
Important! Content needs to exist on the page in order for this function to work properly. Empty pages will not produce a password form on the live page structure.
Add Private Viewing Room to an existing page
Hover over the page line item and select the Actions dropdown menu. Next, choose Edit Settings.
Create a new Private Viewing Room
If you're creating a new web page with Private Viewing Room, you can first Add New Page and then adjust this on the Privacy tab of this new page modal:
Requirements for use
In order to use Private Viewing Rooms, you will need to have a Website Pro Plus subscription. In addition, the function on the live page will not be visible without content existing on the page.
