New Arrival Emails
Use New Arrival emails to quickly and easily share recently added inventory.
What is a New Arrivals email?
ArtCloud will generate a New Arrivals email for you to send recently added inventory to your contacts. These New Arrival emails will include inventory by a particular artist added in the past two weeks. By default, all contacts in your ArtCloud account will receive New Arrivals emails.
Within the email, you can adjust the details displayed on the artworks, choose to link the images, and compose a message.
Note: Use Email Campaigns to share inventory added outside of the two-week window. Email Campaigns give you more control over the email appearance, content, and recipients.
Create and send a New Arrivals email
There are two places you can edit and send a New Arrivals email: the Home dashboard and the New Arrivals tab under Sales & Marketing. Follow this guide to create and send a New Arrivals email
Tip! Use Email Templates to generate a reusable message for all New Arrivals emails, so you don't have to compose a new email every time.
Tracking New Arrival email engagement
The New Arrivals tab includes sections for unsent and sent New Arrival emails. Use the Sent section to view email performance data, like open, click, and unsubscribe rates.

Click on the email title for a full view of the engagement data and a preview of the sent New Arrivals email.
